Antique hand carved walnut wall plaque of the composer Frederic Chopin c.1900

A well carved antique wall plaque of the composer Chopin. Hand carved from solid walnut and dating from circa.1900-10. I am uncertain of the country of origin. In good solid condition with carvers name on the rear. It measures 15.2cms square and 2cms deep. 6 inches square and 3/4 inch deep.
