Beethoven: Fidelio - ausgewahlte Szenen - selected scenes. Cast: Poell, Edelmann, Modl, Frick, Jurinac, Schock, Hendriks, Bierbach. Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra (Wiener Philharmoniker), Chorus of the Vienna State Opera conducted by Wilhelm Furtwangler. Superb performance !!!
Label: Electrola / HMV WCLP 600. Maroon/gold label. Thick heavy vinyl. First edition (ED1). The vinyl of this early (mid 1950's) German LP is excellent (an incidental soft pop only). No stereo exists. VERY RARE !!!
