Description
Columbia 33sx 1733. Original 1965 UK Mono 1st Pressing. Matrix numbers - XAX 2770-1U / XAX 2771-1U
This Lp is from my own personal collection, originally handed down by my uncle. It has been stored correctly for over 50 years and has barely been played.
The Lp lies flat in the turntable no warping.
Condition is superb. Looks unmarked. Under 100w bulb shows some very light marks.
I have play tested both sides in their entirety.
Side one - plays superb all the way through. No clicks / pops or jumps. Has some light crackle at times but this is light and does not effect the listening experience.
Side 2 - plays the same as side one, superb. Crackle does increase slightly on track 3 but again nothing too overpowering.
Labels look clean, just the odd spindle trail on side 2
Sleeve is EX. No major defects just some shelf / age wear - see photos
All in all a fantastic example of this rare recording, I’m sure there are not many left in this condition.
