GENESIS - LAMB LIES DOWN ON BROADWAY ( V. RARE 4 RTACK BRAZILIAN EP )

THIS IS A RARE 4 TRACK BRAZILIAN P/S SINGLE RELEASED IN 1974
For those of you that have Peter Vickers excellent book ' Genesis - Top 200 worldwide Rareites', this one come in at No.61 with a value of £250
The Disc has a couple of light scratches on side B. Other than that the disc looks unplayed. The labels on both sides are clean and free from writing, damage etc.
The disc I would grade as EX
The Sleeve is in good condition given that its over 30 years old !!. As you can see from the picture it is a little 'grubby' around the edges, and has a little damage in the top left hand corner where a price sticker has been peeled off. There is also a promotional sticker on the rear ( See picture ). There is also some minor sleeve ware around the edges.
The sleeve I would grade as G+
