This is the UK 1st Press of After the Rain' by Muddy Waters. This press is complete with the earliest A-1/B-1 matrix, the earliest black and silver Chess label, the original inner sleeve and original laminated flipback sleeve.
The record is in Very Good condition. The vinyl has a high gloss with just a few wispy hairlines and a couple of very light marks on both sides. On playing the sound is rich, vibrant and clear. There is still excellent definition but there is a little background noise. The matt Chess label is completely clean with bold heavy black and bright silver text. The text is sharp and there is no spindle wear only a few light spider marks.
The sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The sleeve still has it's original polished shine; the black is bold and the cream is extremely bright. The edges are still very firm, however there is some corner wear. The back is extremely clean and bright with just light ring wear. The sleeve is very solid and the spine is firm with clear text.
