Description
Up for auction at NO reserve is the Sonny Rollins Saxophone Colossus LP on Prestige, catalog # PRLP 7079. This is the original MONO, deep groove pressing on the 446 W. 50th ST., N.Y.C. label with RVG etched in trail off, no "EAR". The LP is NM-, pristine, a beautiful pressing of this very hard to find LP. The laminated cover is NM- as well, beautiful......back of cover is nice and white, but does have some minor rub wear, some light foxing around outside edge, and original price written in pencil in upper right. Vinyl has been cleaned on a VPI. Includes original glassine (wax paper) inner sleeve. Personnel includes: Sonny Rollins; Tommy Flanagan; Max Roach; and Doug Watkins. All LPs are shipped outside of the album cover in a brand new sleeve and are packed in dedicated record mailers with sturdy cardboard inserts. Shipping is $7.00 via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation in the US or Airmail to Canada. $12.00 Airmail to Europe and the UK, $14.00 to my friends and customers in the Pacific.
