1979 Japan Apple Limited Edition Numbered LP Box Set
Comes in a blue imitation leather-cardboard box with golden etched letters containing 13 albums (the 12 original albums and the Rarities LP).
Note that this 1979 release of "Rarities" has the black and silver EMI/Odeon labels (similar to the 1982 set) but with the EAS-50044 catalog number.
Issued as a limited release numbered edition.
If you are looking for great sounding and great condition records this set is for you. The box is worn with a split on the right side of the flip down lid. The first 2 albums have a few age spots near top of front cover. Now for the good stuff. The box set insert is there. The albums are complete with the inserts in each one including the 2 posters in the white album, one poster is of the photos. The inserts are in Excellent condition. The LPs appear Near Mint and unplayed except for one light scratch on side 4 of the White Album. I played that side and didn’t hear anything from it, my wife thought she heard 2 or 3 light ticks.
To sum it up the outer box is worn but these Japan issued records are great! This Limited Edition set is #012898. Feel free to ask questions. Thanks for reading!
