ULTRA RARE SAX 2323 Blue/Silver label. Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto + Meditation. Leonid Kogan, Constantin Silvestri and Paris Conservatoire Orchestra.
The matrix numbers are YLX 1048-8 and YLX 1049-8. Mothers and stampers are 1R and 1P (as far as I can read the letters).
