The matrix numbers are YLX 1048-8 and YLX 1049-8. Mothers and stampers are 1A and 1R

Cover: NM/EX++ Condition of front laminated flipback sleeve. (All intact and clean, glossy laminate, just some small "air bubble" delamination along bottom edge - the laminate is not damaged or torn but has slightly separated from the cardboard in small areas), no obvious creases or ringwear, almost as new.
